To request any of our services, please send an email to barboplanfis@uis.edu.co and/or coordinador.barbosa@uis.edu.co with the following information:

• Name of applicant/entity or organization
• Applicant or contact person’s details: phone number and email
• Type of service requested: leasing, space allocation, room rental, or loan
• Event specifications: date, time, and expected number of attendees
• Type of event: academic, business, cultural, or social
• Requirements and specific needs: furniture, equipment, sound, logistical support during the event, or other specifications
