To request any of our services, please send us an e-mail to  barboplanfis@uis.edu.co and/or coordinador.barbosa@uis.edu.co with the following information:

• Name of applicant/entity or organization.
• Data of the applicant or contact person: telephone and e-mail.
• Type of service requested: leasing, space allocation, room rental or loan.
• Event specifications: date, time, number of people.
• Type of event: academic, business, cultural or social.
• Requirements and specifications of the request: furniture, equipment, sound, logistical support during the event or other specifications.
